Finally Home

Thats right, today we made the triumphant return to Rexburg with the greek god Zeus welcoming us with a small light show. It is really nice to be home although Shelley and I would feel a little more at ease if we knew where we were going to be living come August. Hopefully we will sort that out soon. Our return home today was somewhat marred as I turned on my computer. It booted up fine, made it to the welcome screen, clicked on my account and when I returned the screen was black with the power button flashing on the computer (usually an indication the computer is in hibernation). I hit the power button to bring the machine out of hibernation and nothing happened. -thats bad- I held the power button which successfully turned out the green flashing light, but that was the last time I saw that light on. Since I am not much of a hardware expert (more of a software guru) I called Bob. He looked at it and thinks my power supply has gone bad. I will attempt to use a few of my connections to lay my hands on a new power supply to see if that was the problem. Until I figure that out, I guess I will keep blogging from the laptop.
